DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Be Sure The Address Is Correct.Please be sure your “ship to” address is correct. If your package is Returned To Sender (returned to us) you will receive a refund for the cost of the items NOT the shipping - please be careful and make sure to put a valid shipping address for your order. If you would still like to receive your items please place a NEW order. Your orders are shipped to the address that is listed on your account, or if noted different at checkout. Verifying your shipping address prior to checking out is an important step to ensure that your order will be shipped to the correct address without any unnecessary delays. We are not responsible for verifying your shipping address, although we will take every attempt to do so through normal tools available from the major carriers.
Shipment Processing Time.Orders are typically shipped within 1 week or less of placing your order. Orders received on a weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day. In stock items shipping to addresses within the United States usually take 2-10 business day to arrive. APO addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days.
Carriers.Depending on the size and weight, Courageous Clothing Company uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex, and UPS. In stock items shipping to addresses within the United States usually take 2-10 business day to arrive. APO addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days. First Class domestic mail generally arrives in 3-5 days. Domestic orders weighing 16 ounces or more are mailed via Priority Mail, which generally arrives in 2-3 days, but is not “guaranteed” to arrive in that time frame.
Shipping Rates.Shipping costs are listed with each item and are combined for multiple item purchases. The price includes tracking for domestic orders and a minimal amount for packaging, handling and fees. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping your order will be. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
