Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping Courageous Clothing Company! Creating excellent customer service is very important to us. We want you to love your products as much as we love designing and making them. Not only do we want you to love your products, we also want you to be happy with your experience with us. In order for this to happen there are a few policies that we must disclose, enforce, and uphold.
We hate to make mistakes, but we're human and sometimes we do! If we made an error on your order, please accept our apology, and give us a chance to make it right. If you would please call us at 234.207.5805 or e-mail us at email@example.com, we will be happy to fix our mistake. We want to make certain that you, our customer, are pleased with our products and our service.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at 234.207.5805 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. Orders are processed and shipped immediately, and it is not always possible for us to catch any changes or cancellations before your order has been processed and shipped. We must be notified prior to order shipment or within one (1) calendar day of order placement, whichever may come first. If you do not contact us in time, you may ship your order back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned order, we will be happy to refund your purchase, less the original shipping charges. After one (1) calendar days of order placement, you are responsible for the order placed.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your product, we do accept returns and exchanges. If you choose to return your product, you have thirty (30) calendar days to contact us regarding your refund. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, why you are returning it, and anything that we can do better in the future.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive pre-paid return postage, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
